-Ingredients: 100% Wild Pure Greek Essential Oregano Oil (Origanum Vulgaris Hirtum)
-30 ml - Carvacrol content 86% - Thymol percentage 2%
-Directions: *Please don’t consume or apply on skin by itself* put 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon of black seed oil or extra virgin olive oil, drink a cup of spring water directly after, don’t have to consume daily. Can also put a couple drops in a essential oil diffuser with filtered water.
