Daily Routine
✅ Drink a gallon (100-128 oz) of spring water a day (make sure the spring water you choose pH balance is 7 or higher naturally (the higher the better), eat (organic) fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts & seeds, legumes, only ancient and whole grains (no white grains), oils to use are avocado, grapeseed, sesame, hempseed, coconut & olive oil (unrefined / extra virgin oil only). Take a hour out your day to exercise (calisthenics / cardio based).
